Delivery
Abuja
We offer same-day delivery within Abuja on all orders placed before 15:00 WAT. Orders will be delivered before the end of the day. Please note that we do not offer express delivery. Kindly contact us before placing your order if you have any special requests regarding the delivery of your order.
Orders placed after 15:00 may be delivered on the same day or latest, the next day. Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays.
Interstate Delivery
We deliver nationwide to all 36 states in Nigeria.
Delivery outside Abuja takes 3 – 5 working days after dispatch. We offer doorstep delivery via DHL and GIG logistics. There are different delivery rates for different states, which you will be able to navigate when you select your destination at checkout. When selecting GIG delivery service, please note that for areas where GIG is unable to provide doorstep delivery, you would be required to pick up your parcel at the nearest pickup terminal.

Returns and Exchange
Due to the nature of the goods we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchange items after they have been delivered. We do our best to ensure that all orders are packaged correctly but due to human nature, sometimes we might make mistakes during packing or delivery. In such an event, any wrong orders should be brought to our attention immediately upon receipt for further investigation.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and dispatched, we cannot cancel or make any substitutions. If an order has been placed but is yet to be processed for delivery, we can make edits for another item but not a refund.
