I’ve received an incorrect or defective item. What should I do?

We do our best to make sure orders are packaged correctly but due to human nature, there may be mistakes while packing or delivering your package. If you have received a wrong or defective item, please contact us with proof immediately for further investigation.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.  We may be able to make edits or substitutions if your order is yet to be processed for delivery. Please contact us immediately for further assistance.

How can I check the status of my order?

Order confirmations are sent to your email immediately. Delivery and tracking information will be updated as soon as your order has been dispatched. Our emails may be accidentally flagged by spam filters. Please check the spam folder of your email and mark us as nice instead of spam. If you haven’t received a confirmation from us, please check the order details in your account on our website.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We offer same-day delivery within Abuja for orders placed before 15:00 WAT. Delivery outside Abuja takes 3 – 5 working days after dispatch. We use various couriers depending on the destination, and as a result, delivery times may vary. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for more details. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

How do I know the expiry date of your products?

All the products we stock either have an expiry date or an ‘open jar symbol’ noted on the packaging. Products with the ‘open jar symbol’ should be used within the period stated on the packaging. E.g., ‘12M’ means that a product should be used within 12 months after opening.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 15:00 WAT on Saturday will be processed for delivery on Monday.

Can I pick up my order?
